LA PUNTASSA – a beachfront residence with a vision fulfilled
La Puntassa is a thoughtfully designed residential project located on the first line of the golden-white Estoril Beach – one of the most sought-after areas in Sal Rei, on the Cape Verdean island of Boa Vista.
All seven apartments offer views of the ocean and were designed to combine comfort, functionality and natural connection to the surroundings. Each unit presents a unique spatial layout and level of privacy – from practical ground-floor apartments to a signature penthouse with multiple terraces and a private rooftop pool.
The project has attracted mainly European clients looking for a high-standard second home or a meaningful property for seasonal use – in a location that remains authentic, safe and inspiring.
The architectural concept was developed by Linharte, a renowned Cape Verdean studio specialising in sustainable construction with respect for local climate and cultural context.
La Puntassa was created in response to the demand for high-quality, elegant and well-located beachfront living. The project has now entered its final stage of construction, and the handover of apartments to their new owners is just around the corner.
La Puntassa thus completes its journey from vision to reality – proving that even on Boa Vista, a residential project of true European standard can come to life.
