LARGE PLOT OF LAND ON THE ISLAND OF MAIO

Large plot of land on the island of Maio with a total area of 5,000 m². A private yet convenient location near the airport and Vila do Maio. The price for m² is 85 €. Maio Island is one of the most beautiful islands in Cape Verde, mainly due to its sandy beaches and large forests, which are not common in Cape Verde.

Maio Island can be reached by boat or plane. If you fly by plane from the capital Praia, you are on the island in 15 minutes. The boat journey takes 30 minutes. All basic services are available on the island. There is also a hospital and a Czech ambulance that operates on-site.
