CONSTRUCTION PLOTS ON SÃO NICOLAU IN RIBEIRA BRAVA

In cooperation with the municipality of Ribeira Brava, we launched a 7 ha urbanization project. The project was divided into 92 building plots of different sizes and prices depending on their purpose. The size of the plots ranges from 150 m2 to 2890 m2. The price per m2 varies between 20-100 EUR. The infrastructure is built on site and all basic services are available, including health care. A Czech ambulance is even operating in the area.

São Nicolau (Saint Nicholas) is located between Santa Luzia and the island of Sal. The island consists of high mountains and beautiful beaches, so everyone will find something for themselves. You can go out into the countryside and discover pretty mountain villages, windsurf or just relax on Praia da Luz beach in Tarrafal de São Nicolau with a good drink. It is only up to you.

A domestic airport and a port have been built on the island, and there are regular lines.
