M. Tech. Mónica Sofia Duarte, MBA is a native of Cape Verde, living in Prague and doing business mainly in the Czech Republic and Cape Verde. She graduated from the Technical University of Lisbon and the University of Economics in Prague. She combines not only Czech and Cape Verdean culture, for which she was awarded the prestigious Trebbia 2023 international prize, but also the world of real estate and investment. Mónica Sofia's knowledge of Cape Verde, local conditions, laws and customs, as well as her long-standing relationships and contacts with local authorities, give her a great insight into the Cape Verdean property market.
