La Puntassa – when the dream of oceanfront living takes solid shape

In the heart of the Cape Verdean island of Boa Vista, right on the peaceful Estoril Beach, a house has risen that is more than just a building – it’s the fulfilled dream of several families who longed for a place of their own by the sea.
We designed La Puntassa with a clear vision: to offer European clients a space where the simplicity of island life meets the comfort and aesthetics they’re accustomed to.

The house is small, intimate, and fully oriented towards the ocean. Each apartment has a spacious terrace, large windows, and an interior layout that favours light, air, and privacy. One exceptional penthouse with a private rooftop terrace and plunge pool was created for those seeking something extra.
